L. Crocker as chairman of its board of directors. Crocker

Jonca
Bull, MD has joined the FDA Office of
Pharmacoepidemiology and
Statistical Science (OPaSS, www.fda.gov)
as the deputy director. In this position, she will assume a key
management
role in the center and will be responsible for developing and
implementing many of the drug safety and statistical strategic
initiatives in OPaSS.
John
M. Taylor, III, FDA's associate commissioner for regulatory
affairs, announced his decision to leave FDA after a 14 year career at
the agency. Margaret O'K. Glavin, FDA's current assistant commissioner
in the Office of Counterterrorism Policy and Planning, has been named
the new associate commissioner.

R. Giaquinto, PhD, has joined Tunnell Consulting
